WEBSITE INFORMATION

Website Terms and Conditions

Effective date: September 18, 2026 Website operator: PrimeSlab LLC These terms describe permitted use of PrimeSlab’s website, its information and design content, and the ways visitors may send inquiries and materials. Please read them before submitting information or using an interactive feature. They do not replace an installation agreement, project scope, written estimate, applicable workmanship warranty, or rights provided by law.

These website-use terms do not replace a project agreement, written estimate, or applicable workmanship warranty.

Complete Website Terms

1. Who operates the website

The website is operated by PrimeSlab LLC, referred to here as “PrimeSlab,” “we,” or “us.” Contact us at info@primeslabcoatings.com or by mail at P.O. Box 50064, Fort Myers, FL 33994.

The mailing address is not a showroom, office open to visitors, or installation location. Arrange any appointment directly with PrimeSlab. A service-area description does not establish a physical office in every listed community.

These terms concern the PrimeSlab website. Another business’s site, an external service, or a separately identified customer agreement may have its own applicable terms.

2. Website information and project-specific decisions

You may use the site to learn about our services, explore design directions, review available project information, and contact us. General descriptions do not determine whether a particular system is suitable for your property.

Substrate condition, moisture, prior treatments, traffic, exposure, intended use, preparation, materials, and installation conditions can affect a recommendation. A website description is not a substitute for the assessment and agreed scope needed for the actual project.

Nothing in these terms gives us permission to misstate our services or disregard an enforceable promise. Where we provide a written project commitment, its actual terms and applicable law determine our obligations.

3. Inquiries do not automatically book work

Sending a message, uploading photographs, choosing a gallery image, or requesting an estimate does not by itself create an installation contract, reserve a crew, approve a start date, or authorize work at your property.

A project proceeds through the applicable proposal, scope, authorization, payment arrangements, and scheduling communications agreed with the customer. Someone requesting work for a property owner or business should have authority to act for that customer.

These website terms do not authorize PrimeSlab to charge a card, collect a deposit, enter a property, or begin an installation simply because a visitor submitted an inquiry. Any required project authorization is handled separately.

4. Estimates, displayed prices, and measurements

Any general price example, budget range, or online calculation must be read with the assumptions and limitations stated with it. A photo-based assessment or approximate measurement may need confirmation before a final scope and price can be established.

Relevant factors can include actual area, removal of existing materials, preparation, repairs, moisture-related work, access, system choice, decorative detail, and intended use. Taxes, additional work, and other charges must be addressed in the applicable proposal rather than assumed from a general website example.

We may correct an error in unaccepted website information or discuss a revised proposal before agreement. This does not give us a unilateral right to change an already accepted price or scope. Changes to contracted work must follow the project agreement and applicable law.

5. Availability, timing, and service areas

Website references to service areas, installation processes, and typical timing do not guarantee availability for a particular date or property. Access, weather, preparation, materials, cure conditions, and the agreed work can affect scheduling.

The actual installation and return-to-use instructions should be confirmed for the selected system. A surface that appears dry may not yet be ready for every activity. Follow the instructions provided for the project rather than a general website example.

Responsibility for permits, association approvals, access arrangements, or other project requirements belongs in the applicable agreement and is subject to law. These terms do not shift every approval obligation to the customer or imply that every type of work has identical requirements.

6. Photographs, inspiration, and before-and-after content

The website may show completed work, samples, design references, composites, and digital or AI-generated visualizations. A visualization illustrates a possible direction; it is not evidence that PrimeSlab completed the pictured installation.

Use the image’s accompanying label and description to understand its purpose. If the status or source is unclear, ask before relying on it as a completed-project example. A filename, color name, or similar-looking room does not establish a particular installed product, property, or warranty category.

PrimeSlab should identify visualizations and other illustrative material clearly where presented. This general explanation does not turn a misleading project caption or fabricated before-and-after comparison into an acceptable claim. Any representation that an image shows completed PrimeSlab work must be accurate.

7. Design renderings and expected appearance

Digital renderings, gallery selections, and samples help communicate preferences. They do not necessarily reproduce the exact final color, pattern, veining, aggregate distribution, texture, sheen, lighting effect, or appearance of an installed surface.

Device displays, photography, room lighting, material batches, hand application, and the existing surface can influence appearance. A rendering does not certify structural suitability, drainage, waterproofing, slip resistance, code compliance, or a product’s performance in a particular location.

Confirm the actual design direction and any specific matching or performance commitment in the project scope. Reasonable variation does not excuse the wrong agreed system, omitted work, defective installation, or failure to meet an enforceable sample-based or project-specific promise.

8. Optional tools and reasonable use limits

If a design, visualization, upload, or other interactive tool is available, follow the instructions and any usage limits displayed with that feature. We may apply reasonable technical limits to protect availability, prevent automated abuse, or control excessive use.

Do not bypass a stated limit through repeated identities, automated requests, or interference with the feature. A tool may be adjusted, paused, or withdrawn when necessary. These terms do not guarantee that a feature described elsewhere is currently active, free, unlimited, or available on every device.

Any paid entitlement or separate agreement remains governed by its actual terms. Suspending an optional website feature does not cancel an existing installation warranty or a legitimate request for customer assistance.

9. Information and photographs you submit

Provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and correct a material error when you become aware of it. Submit photographs, plans, or other files only when you have the right or permission to provide them for the request.

Avoid including unnecessary private information, financial-account details, identification documents, access codes, medical information, or images of people who do not need to appear. Ordinary email and an inquiry form should not be treated as a secure payment channel.

Do not send malicious files, impersonate another customer, fabricate property conditions, or knowingly submit another person’s confidential material without authority. Good-faith mistakes and uncertainty about a technical condition are not treated as intentional deception merely because they require clarification.

10. Limited permission to handle your submitted material

You retain any ownership rights you have in material you submit. By sending it for an inquiry or requested service, you permit PrimeSlab to receive, view, make working copies of, and use it as reasonably necessary to evaluate and respond to that request, prepare requested design options, and administer the resulting project.

That permission is nonexclusive and limited to those purposes. Service providers acting for PrimeSlab may handle material only as necessary for the requested work and applicable arrangements. This clause does not transfer ownership of your photographs, claim rights over your reviews, or grant unrestricted rights to publish your material.

Public advertising use of your identifiable property photographs or testimonial requires separate permission or another lawful basis; it is not automatically authorized by a quote request. Uploading a photograph does not by itself grant permission to use it to train a general-purpose AI model. Any separate processing or permission request must be presented on its own terms.

11. Website content and intellectual property

PrimeSlab and the respective owners retain applicable rights in website text, branding, design material, photographs, and other content. These terms do not claim ownership of third-party material merely because it appears on the site.

You may view the site and save or share reasonable excerpts for evaluating a potential project or discussing it with household members, an owner, or a professional adviser. You may keep copies of your own communications, proposals, and applicable terms for your records. Preserve relevant attribution and do not represent an illustration as your own completed work.

Do not commercially reproduce, sell, or falsely brand site content without permission or another legal right. This restriction does not prohibit lawful quotation, honest reviews, accessibility uses, or other uses permitted by law. Contact us if you believe material on the site infringes your rights; identify the content and your concern without sending unrelated confidential documents.

12. Prohibited interference and abusive use

Do not use the site to introduce malicious code, disrupt services, gain unauthorized access, evade security or access controls, submit fraudulent requests, impersonate PrimeSlab, or unlawfully collect other users’ information. Do not make automated requests that materially interfere with normal operation.

Do not knowingly misrepresent website images as completed projects, remove necessary context to deceive others, or use a submission channel to threaten or unlawfully harass people. These restrictions target conduct and harm, not criticism of the company.

They do not prohibit assistive technology, ordinary search-engine indexing, lawful comparison, good-faith accessibility testing that does not compromise data or disrupt service, or a legitimate report of a problem. We may take proportionate technical steps to stop misuse while preserving an appropriate way to raise genuine customer concerns.

13. Messages, receipt, and communications

A completed screen action does not necessarily establish that a message or attachment reached the intended recipient. A confirmation should be read according to what it actually confirms; an inquiry acknowledgement is not project acceptance or a confirmed installation date.

If you encounter an error or are unsure whether a request arrived, contact info@primeslabcoatings.com. Do not repeatedly upload sensitive information simply to test whether a form works. Keep an appropriate record of important communications.

Providing contact details for an inquiry allows us to respond about that inquiry as permitted by law. These terms do not serve as blanket consent to unrelated marketing, automated promotional calls, or marketing text messages. Any required separate consent should be obtained separately. There is no promise here of an immediate response, round-the-clock monitoring, or emergency service.

14. Privacy and separate notices

These website terms do not provide a complete description of personal-information collection, cookies, analytics, storage, retention, or disclosures. Any applicable Privacy Policy and notices provided at the point of collection should be reviewed separately.

This document does not authorize undisclosed tracking, unrestricted sale or sharing of personal information, or processing beyond applicable law and the relevant notices. A permission to evaluate project photographs is not a substitute for explaining how the actual website and its service providers handle them.

Contact us with questions about information you have submitted or about correcting it. The handling of a request depends on the circumstances and applicable obligations; these terms do not promise a specific deletion deadline or retention period that has not been established.

15. External links and service providers

Links or embedded functions may lead to services operated by other organizations. Their own applicable terms, privacy notices, availability, and features may differ. A link does not mean that PrimeSlab owns the external site or guarantees all of its statements.

Review the relevant information before providing data or authorizing a transaction through another service. If a feature associated with PrimeSlab fails or creates an accessibility barrier, contact us so we can discuss an appropriate alternative.

This distinction does not excuse PrimeSlab’s own representations or responsibilities for a service it has agreed to provide. No particular payment provider, customer portal, financing program, or software integration is promised merely by this general clause.

16. Installation contracts and warranty protection

The written project agreement identifies the installation scope, pricing, payment arrangements, authorized changes, scheduling terms, and related obligations. The applicable written warranty identifies the covered system, holder, duration, exclusions, remedy, and claim procedure.

Website-use terms do not reduce an issued workmanship warranty, shorten its period, add a registration charge, or transfer responsibility for a covered installation failure to a manufacturer. A different warranty may apply to a different system or commercial use even if the appearance is similar.

Keep the version of your agreement and warranty supplied for the project. Later website updates do not automatically replace those documents. These terms do not silently cancel an enforceable statement made as part of a transaction or eliminate rights available under applicable law.

17. Honest feedback and disputes

You may share honest opinions and experiences about PrimeSlab. These terms do not prohibit a negative review, impose a fee or penalty for one, or require you to transfer ownership of a review to us.

Protect others’ private information and avoid threats, fabricated accounts, or unlawful content. Disagreement with a customer’s assessment does not by itself make that assessment fraudulent. A website-use restriction will not be used to cancel a legitimate warranty claim because the customer complained.

You may contact us to seek clarification or resolution. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration, impose a class-action waiver, or make an internal decision your only remedy. Informal discussions do not necessarily pause a legal deadline or replace a legally required notice.

18. Website availability, errors, and responsibility

We aim to provide useful and accurate website information, but technical interruptions, outdated information, display differences, and errors can occur. The website is not a substitute for confirming a project-specific proposal, safety instruction, or scheduled appointment.

We do not promise uninterrupted access to every feature or that every device will display content identically. We may correct information, maintain systems, or restrict harmful use. These statements do not excuse a misleading claim or authorize us to disregard an accepted agreement.

No blanket release of liability for PrimeSlab’s own misconduct, defective work, unlawful handling of information, or nonwaivable obligations is created here. These terms also do not impose an arbitrary dollar cap on every possible claim. Responsibility for a particular loss is determined by the applicable agreement and law.

19. Accessibility and assistance

If you have difficulty reading content, using a menu or form, or interacting with a gallery or tool, contact info@primeslabcoatings.com. You can request help without first completing the feature that is causing difficulty.

The Accessibility Statement explains our accessibility goal and feedback options. A technical problem does not require you to disclose a medical diagnosis or waive a right to assistance. These terms do not require everyone to use one particular browser or device as a condition of discussing a project.

20. Updates, applicable law, and contact

We may update website-use terms prospectively and identify the new effective date. A website update does not retroactively reduce an issued warranty, alter an accepted project price, or create a new restriction for an existing agreement. If a feature requires express acceptance of additional terms, those terms should be presented before the relevant action.

Florida law governs these website terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. This does not remove mandatory protections that apply to a visitor or transaction, require an exclusive court location, or shorten a statutory filing period. If a provision cannot lawfully be applied, it is limited to its lawful effect while the remaining valid provisions continue.
