1. Who we are and how to contact us

PrimeSlab LLC operates this website. For privacy questions or requests, email info@primeslabcoatings.com, call (239) 799-3948, or write to PrimeSlab LLC, P.O. Box 50064, Fort Myers, FL 33994.

The P.O. Box is a mailing address, not a showroom or customer-visit location.

2. Information you provide

When you request an estimate or contact us, we collect the information you choose to submit. Depending on the form and your request, this can include your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, project type, approximate project size, design interests, comments, and communication preferences. We may receive additional property or project details during follow-up.

If you upload files, we receive your photographs and inspiration images, along with their filenames, file types, file sizes, and any embedded information that remains in the files. Photos can reveal people, addresses, possessions, or location information. Please remove unnecessary personal details and location metadata before uploading, and provide only images you have permission to share.

When you choose “Request Something Similar” or a related Gallery action, the selected image and its reference, name, category, design information, and source are associated with your request. You do not need to download and re-upload that Gallery image.

We also record your submission reference, submission time, and the consent choices you make. Please do not send payment-card details, government identification, access codes, health information, or other sensitive information through the estimate form or ordinary email.

3. Website activity and browser storage

Our website and hosting providers process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as network addresses, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps, and error information. Framer, our website platform, also provides built-in analytics that measure site activity without analytics cookies.

When you submit a form, the request can include the page you used, the referring page, and campaign or advertising-click identifiers present in the page address. The form can also include existing advertising identifiers stored in first-party browser cookies, if present. These source details help us understand how an inquiry reached PrimeSlab; collecting a source identifier does not itself enroll you in advertising or marketing.

Our forms use browser session storage to remember entered details and the current step while you move through the form. A short-lived Gallery selection is also used to carry your chosen inspiration to the estimate page. Selected photo files stay attached while the form remains open, but must be selected again after a full reload. Browser restoration settings can affect how long session information remains available.

You can clear site data or adjust storage and cookie settings in your browser. Doing so may remove an unfinished form or Gallery selection. You can contact us by phone or email if you prefer not to use the online form.

4. How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, assess the requested surface or project, understand your design preferences, prepare estimates and design concepts, communicate with you, and administer work you ask us to perform. Related uses include keeping records, supporting customer service and warranty inquiries, troubleshooting, preventing misuse, and meeting applicable obligations.

The information you submit may be included in internal project records, design materials, estimate documents, and draft correspondence. A form submission does not itself book a job, authorize charges, or establish a final project scope or price.

5. Photo processing and AI-assisted design

Our estimate workflow uses OpenAI services to help review project information and prepare possible design directions and surface visualizations. This processing can involve your first name, ZIP code, project details, comments, selected inspiration, and selected uploaded photos. A hashed identifier derived from your email address may also be sent for abuse prevention; hashing does not make the associated request anonymous.

Images or comments can contain personal details beyond the fields we intentionally send. Avoid including people, documents, private possessions, or identifying details that are unnecessary for showing the surface. You may contact us before uploading if you would like to discuss your project without AI-assisted photo processing.

AI-generated concepts illustrate possibilities and can contain errors. They are not photographs of completed installations or a guarantee of final appearance. The current automation prepares correspondence and documents for human review rather than automatically sending a final offer or booking work.

Service providers may retain information for processing, security, and other purposes under the applicable service arrangements. We do not promise zero retention. Uploading a photo for an estimate does not transfer ownership of your photo or authorize its publication in advertising.

6. Service providers and other disclosures

We use service providers to operate the website and handle requests. These currently include Framer for the website, Google Cloud for request storage and processing, Gmail for correspondence and drafts, and OpenAI for the AI-assisted functions described above. The information a provider receives depends on its role.

For example, cloud storage holds submissions, original uploads, and related design and estimate files. Gmail drafts can contain contact and project details, an estimate document, and generated design attachments. Copies of project records may also be held in our working files and communications.

We may disclose information when needed to comply with a legal obligation or lawful request, address fraud or security incidents, protect legal rights, or carry out a transaction affecting the business, subject to applicable law. We may also disclose information at your direction or with your permission. These provisions do not authorize unrestricted use of customer information.

PrimeSlab does not sell personal information or share it with advertisers for targeted advertising.

7. Project communications, marketing, and photo permission

When you ask us to respond about a project, we use your contact details for that request and related service communications. The form’s optional marketing choice is separate from the permission to discuss your project. You can leave marketing unchecked and still request an estimate.

You can ask us to stop promotional communications by emailing info@primeslabcoatings.com or using an unsubscribe option included in a promotional message. A marketing preference does not prevent necessary communications about an active project, your records, or a privacy request.

Sending a photograph for an estimate does not automatically authorize its public use in a Gallery, social media post, advertisement, or testimonial. Public promotional use of identifiable customer property photographs requires separate permission or another lawful basis. Permission to receive design ideas is not a photo-publication release.

8. Retention and deletion

Retention depends on the type of information and its purpose, including responding to an inquiry, preparing requested materials, administering a project or warranty, keeping business records, resolving a dispute, and meeting legal obligations. A single automatic deletion date does not apply to all submissions, photos, generated materials, communications, or provider records.

You may ask us to delete information you submitted. We will consider the request and any records that must be retained for a legitimate business or legal reason. Deletion from active working records may not immediately remove information from backups, security logs, email records, or service-provider systems. We can explain relevant limitations when responding to your request.

9. Your choices and privacy requests

You may contact us to ask about information associated with your request, correct an error, request a copy or deletion, or change your communication preferences. Email info@primeslabcoatings.com with “Privacy request” in the subject and enough information to identify the relevant inquiry. Do not include passwords, identification documents, or unrelated sensitive information in your initial message.

We may need to confirm your identity or authority before releasing or changing information. The rights, exceptions, and response requirements that apply depend on the circumstances and applicable law. We will explain any limitation that prevents us from fulfilling a request. You may ask us to reconsider a response or contact the relevant regulator where the law provides that option.

Photos and optional project details are not required simply to browse the website. If you do not want to submit them online, call or email us to discuss another way to proceed. Limiting information may affect the design or estimate guidance we can provide.

10. Security and processing locations

We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect information, including encrypted web connections and access controls for the request-processing system. No website, email service, or storage system can guarantee complete security. Please use care when choosing what to submit.

PrimeSlab operates in the United States. Our service providers may process or store information in the United States and other countries where they operate, subject to applicable requirements. This policy does not promise that all copies remain in Florida or in one data center.

11. Children and external services

Our website and estimate tools are intended for adults arranging property services, not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can review it and take appropriate action.

Links to websites or services operated by others are subject to their own privacy practices. Review the relevant notice before providing information through an external service. Our use of a provider does not remove PrimeSlab’s responsibility for its own handling of your information.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website, services, or data practices change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain permission before making a change that affects how information is used.
