REFRESH BEFORE YOU REPLACE
The Surface May Not Need to Be Replaced. It May Need to Be Restored.
Outdoor surfaces can lose color, collect organic growth, develop irrigation staining, lose joint sand, and begin to look older than the property around them.
Appearance
Faded color · dull or chalky appearance · uneven old sealer.
Joints & Growth
Dirty joints · algae · organic growth · loose or missing sand.
Exposure
Irrigation staining · pool-deck wear · weathered decorative concrete · tired tile or stone.
The goal is not to make every surface look brand new or unnaturally shiny. The goal is to make it look clean, intentional, protected, and part of the property again.

WHAT CAN PRIMESLAB CLEAN & SEAL?
One Service. Different Surfaces. Surface-Specific Systems.
PrimeSlab never treats every exterior material as if it were the same. Different surfaces absorb, move, weather, and react to sealers differently.
Concrete Pavers
Driveways · pool decks · patios · lanais · walkways · entries · courtyards.
Decorative Concrete
Stained · textured · selected resurfaced · previously sealed · compatible pool-deck finishes.
Outdoor Tile
Selected tile after review of body, finish, grout, porosity, sealer, wet use, and manufacturer requirements.
Natural Stone
Selected travertine, limestone, porous stone, and other approved exterior stone.
PrimeSlab selects the cleaning and sealing approach around the actual substrate. No universal sealer is promised.
PAVER CLEANING & SEALING
Bring Back the Color Without Making the Pavers Look Fake.
PrimeSlab can evaluate the paver installation and develop a cleaning, joint-sand, and sealing plan around the actual condition.
Prepare
Surface cleaning · organic-growth treatment · joint cleaning · existing-sealer evaluation.
Restore
Failed-sealer correction where feasible · joint-sand replacement or re-sanding where appropriate.
Seal & Finish
Drying verification · compatible sealer · final inspection · care guidance.
Natural / Low Enhancement
Closer to the existing dry appearance where compatible.
Color-Enhancing
More richness and depth where compatible.
Lower Sheen
A restrained finished appearance.
Higher Sheen
More visible reflection where the system and surface allow.

POOL DECK CLEANING & SEALING
Refresh the Pool Area Without Automatically Replacing the Surface.
If the existing pool-deck surface is still suitable, cleaning and resealing may help restore a more finished appearance and protect the surface without changing the entire design.
Potential Surfaces
Pavers · decorative concrete · selected textured finishes · suitable stone · suitable tile.
Environment Review
Existing sealer · wet use · texture · barefoot use · chemicals · coping · drains · water · enclosure · sun.
Traction Discipline
Sealer selection considers the wet-use environment. No sealed pool-deck surface is completely slip-proof.

PATIOS, LANAIS, WALKWAYS & ENTRIES
Make the Outdoor Living Areas Feel Finished Again.
PrimeSlab can evaluate covered and uncovered patios, screened lanais, walkways, porches, entries, courtyards, and selected balcony surfaces for cleaning, restoration, and sealing based on the material and current condition.
Outdoor Living
Screened lanais · covered and uncovered patios · courtyards.
Arrival
Front entries · porches · walkways.
Selected Balconies
Only where the approved system and assembly are appropriate.

OUTDOOR TILE & STONE
Protect the Material Without Changing What Made You Choose It.
Some customers already have beautiful tile or natural stone and simply want it cleaned, refreshed, and protected. PrimeSlab first identifies the material and determines whether sealing is appropriate.
Material Review
Type · porosity · glazed vs. unglazed · existing sealer · grout · deposits · staining.
Exposure Review
Wet use · cleaning chemistry · desired appearance · manufacturer guidance.
Possible Goals
Natural-look protection · supported color enhancement · easier routine cleaning · reduced absorption where supported.

Not every outdoor tile or stone should be sealed. Some materials are nonporous, factory-finished, chemically sensitive, or unsuitable.
DECORATIVE CONCRETE RESEALING
Sometimes the Design Is Still Right. The Finish Just Needs Attention.
PrimeSlab may evaluate suitable decorative concrete for cleaning and resealing rather than automatically covering the existing design. The existing coating or sealer must be identified first.
Potential Candidates
Stained driveways · textured pool decks · patios · lanais · walkways · entries.
Existing Finish
Previously sealed decorative concrete must be evaluated for compatibility and condition.

SEE THE DIFFERENCE
Clean. Restore. Protect.
The after image should represent the actual expected dry finished appearance of the selected system — never a fake permanently wet look.
Paver Driveway
Cleaned · re-sanded · sealed.
Pool Deck
Refreshed and protected.
Patio / Lanai
Cleaned and sealed.
Decorative Concrete
Cleaned and resealed.
Outdoor Tile / Stone
Restored appearance where appropriate.

CHOOSE THE FINISHED LOOK
Not Every Customer Wants the Same Level of Enhancement.
The desired appearance should be discussed before the sealer is selected. Available options are confirmed only after evaluating the actual surface.
Natural
Natural / minimally enhanced.
Enhanced
Richer color enhancement.
Sheen
Lower sheen · moderate sheen · more reflective where appropriate.

WHAT IS ALREADY ON THE SURFACE?
Old Sealer Can Change the Entire Project.
A surface that has been sealed before cannot automatically receive another coat. PrimeSlab evaluates previous sealer type, age, bond, whitening, haze, peeling, sheen, moisture, compatibility, and removal needs.
Do not seal over failure. If the finish is failing, contaminated, incompatible, or trapping moisture, the proposal should address correct preparation first.

JOINT SAND
Paver Joints Matter Too.
Paver cleaning can remove or disturb joint sand, especially when joints are already low or deteriorated. Where appropriate, PrimeSlab can address joint-sand replacement as part of restoration.
Joint Review
Depth · width · weeds · growth · washout · movement · edge restraint · drainage.
Replacement Scope
Type of replacement sand selected around the actual system.
Limit
Re-sanding does not structurally repair a failed base, major settlement, loose edge restraint, or significant movement.

THE PRIMESLAB SEALING PROCESS

REAL PROTECTION. CLEAR EXPECTATIONS.
Sealing Helps Protect the Surface. It Does Not Make It Indestructible.
The system should be sold for what it is designed to do — and then installed correctly.
May Help
Enhance color · reduce absorption · support easier cleaning · protect decorative color · improve appearance.
System-Specific
May help stabilize joint sand where designed and provide a sacrificial layer over suitable surfaces.
Does Not Automatically
Fix movement or settlement · eliminate every stain · make wet surfaces slip-proof · prevent all fading · correct drainage · stop weeds forever · remove maintenance.
BUILT AROUND SOUTHWEST FLORIDA
Florida Outdoor Surfaces Work Hard.
PrimeSlab considers strong sunlight, heat, heavy rain, humidity, pool water, irrigation, salt exposure where applicable, sand, organic growth, vehicle traffic, wet pedestrian use, and cleaning practices.
The right cleaning method and sealer depend on the surface and exposure.
AFTER SEALING
Simple Care Helps the Surface Stay Looking Better.
PrimeSlab should provide surface-specific care instructions with the completed project.
Routine Care
Sweep or rinse debris · remove leaves · clean spills promptly · keep drains clear.
Use the Right Products
Use cleaners appropriate for the sealed surface and avoid aggressive pressure washing.
Protect the Finish
Control irrigation staining · follow cure instructions · report whitening, peeling, or discoloration early.
