Do I need exact measurements?
No. A rough size is optional, and “I’m not sure” is completely fine.
Do I have to upload photos?
Photos are strongly encouraged because they help us quote faster, but they are not required to start.
How many photos should I send?
Three to five wide photos are ideal. Add close-ups of cracks, stains, old coatings, or damage if convenient.
Do I need to know which coating system I need?
No. Tell us what you want the space to become, and PrimeSlab will help determine the right system.
Can I send a PrimeSlab gallery or design image?
Yes. “I Want Something Like This” and “Request Something Similar” will attach that PrimeSlab reference automatically, so you will not need to download and re-upload it.
Is the estimate free?
Yes. The initial estimate is free and comes with no obligation.
What if I have multiple areas?

Will I receive a final contract price within 1 business hour?
